How does the quarterly rhythm work?
Your plan follows a logical clinical progression:
- Months 1–3 (Q1): Start with an Initial Telemedicine Session to build your baseline + Mobile Phlebotomy at home. Diagnostic Credits are included for essential testing. Ends with a Follow-Up Telemedicine Session to formulate your personalized health strategy and care plan.
- Months 4–12 (Q2–Q4): Continue with Follow-Up Sessions + home draws. Additional Diagnostic Credits are included for ongoing insights — all tracked in HealthVault.
What are Diagnostic Credits and how do I use them?
Diagnostic Credits are included dollars for any Thryve Biomarker Panel (e.g., Comprehensive Wellness, CardioShield, Gut Harmony). Use them anytime during the year — they never expire and unused credits roll over.
What is Mobile Phlebotomy and how does it work?
A certified phlebotomist comes to your home for blood draws (4 visits/year). For family plans, one visit covers all members — no separate appointments.
What is the difference between Initial and Follow-Up Telemedicine Sessions?
Initial Sessions (Months 1–3) are for comprehensive baseline assessments.
Follow-Up Sessions (Months 4–12) are for ongoing check-ins and adjustments. All from the convenience of home.

Is there waiting or surprise bills?
