Take a proactive, provider-guided approach to healthy aging.
THRYVE combines virtual provider consultations, clinically appropriate testing and individualized recommendations to help eligible adults better understand the factors that can influence long-term health and function. Care is available in Texas, North Carolina and South Carolina, with testing and other at-home services coordinated where applicable.

Wellness and longevity care, sometimes described as longevity medicine, takes a proactive approach to understanding the factors that may influence how you feel and function over time.
Through THRYVE's virtual care model, your provider considers your health history, goals and relevant findings when developing individualized recommendations rather than focusing on a single symptom in isolation.
Lifespan refers to how long a person lives.
Healthspan describes the years during which a person remains in good health and maintains function and independence.
Wellness and longevity care focuses on evaluating and supporting modifiable health factors, without promising to prevent aging or extend lifespan.

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a molecule involved in cellular processes throughout the body. THRYVE providers evaluate whether NAD+ therapy may be an appropriate optional component of an individualized wellness plan.
NAD+ therapy is not appropriate for everyone, and it is not proven to reverse aging or extend lifespan. Before proceeding, your provider reviews your health history and goals and explains what to expect, including how the therapy is sourced and administered.

Vitamin and nutrient injection therapy is selected according to your clinical history, relevant findings and individual needs. Before recommending a specific option, your provider determines whether there is an appropriate clinical reason for treatment and explains how it may fit into your broader wellness plan.

THRYVE's wellness and longevity program is individualized rather than based on a standard protocol. Depending on your clinical needs and relevant findings, your plan may include nutrition and lifestyle guidance, hormone or metabolic support, ongoing monitoring or other provider-recommended options.
Meet with a THRYVE provider through a virtual consultation to discuss your health history, goals and current concerns.
When clinically appropriate, your provider selects and explains which tests are recommended and how they should be completed.
Your provider reviews any results alongside your health history to inform next steps.
Your provider develops a plan based on your health history, goals and any relevant results.
Your provider monitors your progress and adjusts your plan as needed.
Testing is selected according to your symptoms, health history and goals; it is not applied as a standard step for every patient.
Wellness and longevity planning is directed by a licensed THRYVE provider from the first consultation through follow-up. Visit the Care Team page to learn more about the providers who support THRYVE patients.
